Area Business Manager-PUNJAB

- Set reasonable sales targets and goals for the sales team - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team - Motivate team members to achieve or surpass sales targets - Gather and provide customer feedback to senior management - Travel within the assigned sales area to engage potential and existing customers - Use various communication methods to close sales, including outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers - Implement a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects

- Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in the PHARMA industry preferred In this role, you will work full-time in a day shift, morning shift schedule.
