Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Recruit, train, and motivate team members for better performance.Develop effective sales strategies to expand business in the assigned area.Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback to the team.Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.Conduct regular field visits with team members to improve conversions and closures.
Eligibility Criteria
Any GraduateMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Banking, Finance, Telecom, FMCG, or other field sales domains.Experience in team handling is mandatory.Comfortable with field work and local travel within Surat.
