Area CAD Manager - BBG

Job Requirements About the RoleWe are looking for an Area CAD Manager BBG (F) to join our Retail Asset Operations team. This role is responsible for managing loan disbursal and post-disbursal activities at the assigned location. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Risk, and Business, as well as external vendors, to gather and report information for regulatory and business decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, process understanding, and system proficiency to ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks. Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesEnsure error-free transaction processing within defined turnaround times (TAT).Possess thorough knowledge of retail banking processes and systems, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.Collect and analyze data from stakeholders for regulatory and internal reporting.Prepare and present data insights to senior management and external parties.Maintain high proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Ensure timely and accurate execution of loan disbursal and post-disbursal activities.Secondary ResponsibilitiesManage vendor relationships, including legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC) coordination.Prepare presentations and conduct data analysis for internal reviews and project tracking.What We Are Looking ForEducationGraduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.Post-graduation: Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail asset operations, preferably in CAD or loan disbursal functions.Skills and AttributesStrong understanding of retail banking operations and CAD processes.Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.High proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Experience in handling teams and managing reporting activities.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently. .
