Desired Candidate Profile
4-8 years of experience in Debt Recovery, Loan Recovery, Field Collections, Team Handling, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills.
Strong understanding of Recovery processes and procedures.
Ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions to optimize collections performance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate teams. .
