01Overview
Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for Leading the sales team of 5-8 RMs.
2. Primary role is to Recruit and onboard the FOS.
3. Should be from insurance background and having 5+ years experience & 2 + years experience in leader role.
4. Sound knowledge of insurance in non motor(sme).
5. Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents in the area by guiding and motivating FOS/RM.
6. Conduct continuous agent RM and Agent training programs , also help them in coordination with different teams.
Skill Requirements :
1. Candidates should have SME Insurance experience in agency channel for last 5 Years .
2. Must have 2 years experience in Team handling.
3. Age must be below 45.
4. Should be willing to travel extensively.
5. Should be sales driven.
6. Solid understanding of market trends & competition products.
Product Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in SME Commercial Line products, including:
- Fire & Burglary Insurance
- Workmen Compensation
- Group Health Insurance
- Group Personal Accident
- Contractors All Risk (CAR) Policy
- Liability Insurance
