Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of Monthly Sales Target and AR targets
- Handle all assigned Key-Accounts and Key Segments in the defined territory
- Generate Sales leads from Industry Segments and convert them into Sales Orders
- Ensure collections on Receivable Management
- Coordinate with customer support engineers for installations, routine maintenance, and breakdowns
- Update activities and account contacts in CRM
Qualifications Required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in selling packaging/printing/inspection & processing machinery in food & pharma segment/industrial products in local markets
- Proficiency with CRM and SAP
- Good relationship management and selling skills, including negotiation and objection handling
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, knowledge of other local languages would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Food & Pharma segment process, processing & packaging lines, and machineries (Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Industrial Electronics)
- Openness to high travel within the territory
- Exposure to SAP/CRM is desirable

As a Sales Executive in this company, your role will involve ensuring the achievement of Monthly Sales Target and AR targets. You will be responsible for handling all assigned Key-Accounts and Key Segments in the defined territory, with a focus on Value Selling by positioning sales of Mid/High Value Capital Equipment. Your primary tasks will include generating Sales leads from Industry Segments such as Food, Pharma, and Chemical, and converting them into Sales Orders. It will also be your responsibility to ensure collections on Receivable Management. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with customer support engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance, and breakdowns. Regular updates of activities and account contacts in CRM will be essential for effective performance in this role.
