Zonal Lead Consumer Durable Loans Driving business growth across the zone through branches, dealers and channel partners.Monitoring dealer empanelment, activation and productivity across all areas.Ensuring training, engagement and performance tracking of Area Leads.Driving branch funnel, daily disbursement and sourcing pipeline.Monitoring key KPIs Activation %Disbursement per dayPortfolio quality / delinquencyDealer productivityEnsuring CD / Dealer / OEM partner onboarding across the zone.Conducting periodic field visits with Area Managers.Reviewing portfolio health, collections and risk indicators.Ensuring adherence to credit policy, audit, compliance and operational guidelines.Supporting Business Head in expansion to new products / partners / locations.Key Skills Team managementDealer / branch driven businessSales & distribution managementPortfolio monitoringField execution capability Area Lead Consumer Durable Loans Handling approx. 1415 branches per areaCoverage of assigned geographyKey ResponsibilitiesDriving daily sourcing and disbursement from branches and dealers.Ensuring dealer empanelment, activation and engagement in the assigned area.Conducting joint field visits with branch teams.Monitoring daily funnel, login, sanction and disbursement pipeline.Driving CD / Dealer partner onboarding and store visibility.Achieving monthly disbursement targets KPI: Minimum 24 disbursements per month (avg. 1 per day per area)Monitoring portfolio quality and early delinquency.Supporting branches in training, product understanding and process compliance.Ensuring visibility of products at dealer / store / branch level.Maintaining relationship with dealers, distributors, OEM partners and branch heads.Ensuring compliance with policy, audit and documentation norms.Key Skills Strong field executionDealer / branch coordinationTarget driven approachRelationship managementPortfolio monitoring .
