: - Designation Area Manager - Employment Type Full Time - Location Hyderabad - Reporting to Zonal Head Corporate Sales South - Department Distribution Commercial Job Profile Summary: Responsible for servicing all customers to achieve the objectives assigned to the team according to the Companys business plans. This will be for the Corporate Commercial lines of business including Fire & Engineering lines, Liability lines, Marine, Workmens Compensation, etc. This will not include individual policies (motor & health) Primary responsibilities: - Achieving business target month on month for every line of business set by the Company - Servicing the current set of brokers / intermediaries managing renewals and getting new business - Reaching out to recent brokers / intermediaries to increase penetration of RQBE in the market - Meeting service level TATs set by the distribution team - Coordinating with internal teams as and when required - Meeting clients to increase our market presence - Maintaining required reports as per company guidelines - Ensuring that the sourced business is correctly booked - Coordinating for coinsurance and reinsurance payments Reporting Hierarchy: Zonal Head Corporate Sales - South Profile of the candidate: - Total 5-8 years experience with at least 5 years experience in Hyderabad market in sales / marketing department with Insurance companies / key brokers .
