Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Aggressively drive sales numbers for home loans and cross-sell other products.
- Channel Management: Identify and develop current builder and channel partner relationships to increase market penetration.
- Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, application login, and closing.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all audit regulations, housing board rules, and internal policies during the lending process.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals .
