Area Manager Kalyan Financial Solutions - Manage and supervise loan recovery operations for the assigned geographical area. - Handle and monitor the assigned portfolio/data and ensure timely allocation of cases among field executives. - Lead, motivate, and manage the field team to achieve assigned collection targets. - Take regular performance projections from team members and track progress against targets. - Monitor daily field activities, collections, and overall team performance. - Provide necessary guidance and support to team members to improve recovery performance. - Coordinate with clients/financial companies regarding assigned recovery portfolios and operational requirements. - Analyze collection performance and take corrective actions to achieve monthly targets. - Ensure proper follow-up of cases and maintain effective team coordination. - Prepare and share regular performance updates, collection reports, and projections with management. .
