Area Sales Head

** As a LAP Loan Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage LAP loan against property in the assigned region. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed the set targets for LAP. **

** - Lead and supervise the sales team to implement the growth agenda effectively through training, motivation, and deployment strategies. - Manage overall operations, including strategic planning, sales, customer service, and relationship management. - Provide market intelligence related to business, products, and marketing strategies. - Ensure compliance with all Audit / RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports according to the company's established systems. - Handle Operations activity, Sales Data analytics, and reporting for periodic Business Reviews and conferences. **

** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in managing LAP loans or similar financial products. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of Audit / RBI regulations and compliance requirements.
