Job Description

Role Overview

** You will be responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to implement the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies. As the Manager of LAP loans against property in your assigned region, you will interact regularly with the Sales Manager to achieve the set targets. **

Key Responsibilities

** - Manage overall operations including strategic planning, sales, customer service, and relationship management. - Provide market intelligence on business, product, and marketing strategies. - Ensure compliance with all Audit / RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports according to the company's systems. - Manage Operations activity, Sales Data analytics, and reporting for periodic Business Reviews and conferences. **

Qualifications Required

** - Previous experience in managing LAP loans against property is preferred. - Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate the sales team effectively. - Knowledge of Audit / RBI regulations and the ability to ensure compliance. - Excellent analytical skills for Sales Data analytics and reporting purposes.
