Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager Home Loans to drive business as an Individual Contributor (IC). The ideal candidate should have a strong network of DSAs, connectors, builders, and franchise partners, with a proven track record of generating consistent home loan business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate home loan business through personal networks, DSAs, connectors, builders, and franchise channels.
- Achieve a minimum monthly business target of 45 Crore in home loan disbursements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Source quality loan applications and ensure smooth processing through disbursement.
- Identify and onboard new DSAs, connectors, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Home Loan Sales (Mandatory).
- Strong network of DSAs, connectors, builders, and franchise partners.
- Proven track record of generating 45 Crore home loan business per month.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
