Job Description:
You will be responsible for Territory Management which includes driving KOL Engagement & distribution expansion, actively pursuing contract & Tender opportunities, maintaining/gaining market share in the territories handled as per plans, creatively planning for business opportunities in challenging territories and competition accounts, and having detailed knowledge of sales process and expert selling skills to make effective sales calls.
Your role will also require you to have Expert knowledge of product's features, benefits, correct product application and usage for sufficient service and assistance in OT environment, thorough knowledge of customer's support for competitive products and services, and develop plans to differentiate.
Additionally, as part of Self-Development, you will need to participate in nominated training programs, implement active self-learning strategies to maintain knowledge, and effectively apply new learning on the job.
Moreover, you are expected to maintain a responsible and ethical approach while actively pursuing business outcomes, ensuring that relationships with customers are based on high ethical standards.
