Role Description The Area Sales Manager Hyderabad is a full-time role responsible for driving sales and market growth for Keeline Appliances in the Twincities region. The role includes managing and expanding the distributor and dealer network, maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, and ensuring product availability and visibility at retail outlets. The Area Sales Manager will plan and execute local sales strategies, monitor sales performance, track competitor activity, and report regularly on targets and progress. Day-to-day activities also involve visiting market locations, conducting product promotions, supporting retailers with merchandising, and coordinating with internal teams for pricing, schemes, and stock management. The role requires consistent field presence in Hyderabad and nearby areas to ensure effective coverage and to meet revenue and collection goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in channel sales, dealer/distributor management, and retail trade development, preferably in consumer appliances or FMCG.Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers/Comfort with on-site field work, frequent market visits, and hands-on engagement with store-level execution and merchandising.Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets, sales reporting tools, and mobile/desktop applications for sales data and documentation.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in the Hyderabad market is highly beneficial.
