We are seeking a qualified professional to manage business development, channel creation, and portfolio oversight. The role involves leading teams, reviewing performance, and ensuring compliance with operational and collection guidelines.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Team building and channel development.
Achieve business plan and strategies.
Conduct regular review meetings with team members at all levels.
Manage portfolio in coordination with operations and collections.
Verify assets for cases in processing.
Perform random field visits.
Collect ED & NS cases.
What Were Looking For
Candidate must have relevant domain experience.
Experience in Commercial Vehicle Loan is preferred.
Experience in similar roles will be given weightage.
Proven track record of growth.
Strong grasp of collections processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Preference for local candidates.
