01What You Will Do
Drive Home Loan & LAP business through DSA/Channel Partners.
- Recruit, onboard and manage DSA partners.
- Build strong relationships with existing DSA/Channel Partners.
- Generate and convert Home Loan leads through the DSA network.
- Monitor DSA performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Guide and support DSAs for better business generation and conversions.
- Coordinate with Credit & Operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of loan cases.
- Identify new DSA/business opportunities and expand the Home Loan market.

02What We Are Looking For
5+ years of relevant experience in Home Loans / Housing Finance / LAP.
- DSA / Channel Sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Home Loan Sales / LAP Sales.
- Experience managing DSA agents/channel partners.
- Good knowledge of Home Loan products, documentation and processes.
- Strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills.
