Role & responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build solid, collaborative relationships with bank Branch Managers, Regional Heads, and staff to secure buy-in for sales initiatives
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets within the assigned territory for insurance, loans, or other financial products
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers or Relationship Officers to maintain productivity and ensure quality customer acquisition
- Driving Activation: Motivate bank frontline staff to cross-sell products and generate quality leads .
