Key Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the sales team of 5-8 RMs.
Primary role is to recruit and onboard the FOS.
Should be from an insurance background and have 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Sound knowledge of insurance in nonmotor (SME).
Drive sales through the agency network, creating a distribution network of agents in the area by guiding and motivating FOS/RM.
Conduct continuous agent/RM and agent training programs, and help coordinate with different teams.
Skill Requirements
Candidates must have SME insurance experience in the agency channel for the last 5 years.
Must have 2 years of experience in team handling.
Age must be below 43.
Must be willing to travel extensively.
Must be sales driven.
Strong understanding of market trends and competitor products.
