Role Overview
Policybazaar is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Area / Territory Manager to lead and manage field sales operations in Malappuram. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in insurance sales, proven experience in leading field sales teams, and an in-depth understanding of the local market. The role requires a results-oriented professional with excellent leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills.
Immediate Joiners Preferred: We are looking for candidates who can join within 1 to 10 days. Only immediate joiners will be considered for this opportunity.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam (spoken).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve business objectives.
Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
Oversee field sales operations and ensure effective execution of organizational sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and improve customer experience.
