Area Sales Manager - Pharma (Ophthalmology)
( Work Experience in Ophthalmic company will be preferred)
Division: Eyecare Pharma Division of Waypham India Pvt. Ltd.
Job Locations: Mumbai & Chandigarh - 2 Positions
SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL ASM JOB:
- To be responsible for managing Area Sales.
- Developing an effective knowledgeable team of Medical Representatives.
- To be responsible for building up stronger relationship with Key Eye Care Doctors and Institutions.
- Control on systems & processes to achieve monthly payment plan.
KEY RESULTS AREA:
- Achievement of Sales Target - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
- High quality customer calls, number of calls, and customer coverage as per plan
- Develop brands and business with key institution & KOLs.
- Team development, coaching and training
- Control on sales processes and SOPs - ensure timely payments of overdue.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Education: B. Pharm / B.SC
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales .
