Chief Financial Officer (CFO) ART Housing FinanceLocation : GurugramRole : Leadership LevelAbout the Role :ART Housing Finance is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organizations financial strategy, governance, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in housing finance / NBFC ecosystems along with deep knowledge of financial management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and drive the companys financial strategy aligned with business objectives- Lead business planning, financial forecasting, and strategic decision-making- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and regulatory compliance- Manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, and capital structuring- Ensure robust tax planning and compliance framework- Partner with leadership to drive business growth, profitability, and cost optimization- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance practices- Liaise with regulators, auditors, lenders, and external stakeholders- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable financial insightsKey Requirements :- Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory- Industry Experience : Only candidates from Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) / NBFCs will be consideredProven experience in :i. Business Strategy & Financial Planningii. Taxation & Regulatory Complianceiii. Treasury & Fund Managementiv. Financial Reporting & Controls- Strong leadership experience in a senior finance role (CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director)- Deep understanding of RBI/NHB regulations and housing finance ecosystemPreferred Candidate Profile :- Strategic thinker with solid analytical and decision-making skills- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities- Track record of driving growth and financial transformation .
