As we expand our Copilot and Azure AI capabilities, we are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Bangalore team and help build enterprise-grade AI solutions integrated with ERP platforms.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI engineer with strong Azure experience to design, build, and deploy intelligent Copilot-driven solutions for enterprise finance and operations use cases.
This is a technical delivery-focused role, working closely with architects, ERP consultants, and global client teams.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Model Development
Develop and fine-tune AI/ML and generative AI models using Azure Machine LearningBuild Copilot agents using Azure OpenAI ServiceImplement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutionsOptimize models for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency Azure Integration
Deploy AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, and Cognitive ServicesBuild scalable pipelines in AzureIntegrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems (ERP, databases, APIs)Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance Data & MLOps
Prepare and manage structured and unstructured datasetsImplement vector search and semantic retrievalSupport CI/CD and MLOps practices for model lifecycle managementMonitor performance and continuously improve deployed solutions Collaboration
Work with ERP functional teams on finance-focused AI use casesSupport solution demos and proof-of-conceptsCollaborate with global delivery teams across US, Germany, and PhilippinesRequired Skills & Qualifications
Technical
Strong proficiency in PythonExperience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworksHands-on experience with Azure Machine LearningExperience using Azure OpenAI ServiceStrong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AICloud & DevOps
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with Docker or containerizationUnderstanding of MLOps practicesExperience
