Senior Generative AI Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and contemporary cloud technologies.
The candidate should be passionate about leveraging AI to build scalable, production-grade solutions and be comfortable working in an AI-first development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build AI-powered products utilizing RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search.
Develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs into production applications.
Design prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI model performance.
Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI (or similar frameworks).
Develop REST APIs and integrate AI services into web applications.
Deploy and maintain AI applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.
Required Skills
5+ years of software development experience.
Robust experience with Python.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar foundation models.
Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Ll .
