01Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth for Unsecured Salaried Loan products through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel by achieving assigned sales targets and portfolio objectives.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers/Executives to ensure consistent productivity, lead conversion, and business performance.
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing DSAs while identifying and onboarding recent DSAs to expand market reach and business volumes.
Monitor sales pipeline, lead quality, disbursements, and productivity metrics, ensuring adherence to business, credit, and compliance guidelines.
Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and customer engagement initiatives to identify business prospects and improve market penetration across Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
Experience: 5+ years in Unsecured Lending, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Retail Asset Sales with robust exposure to DSA channel management and team handling. .
