Job Requirements
- Creating Work Instructions for the manufacturing process and production process flow
- Creating assembly instructions for mechanical assembly components
- Supporting in creating and maintaining VSM (Value Stream Mapping)
- Providing onsite support during installation prototype build
- Managing stakeholder interactions
Work Experience
- Education as a Mechanical engineer with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the Wind & Heavy Machinery Industry.
- Experience with production and manufacturing processes, Lean, and project management.
- Hands-on experience with TechPub Studio or any XML-based Component Content Management System.
- Extensive understanding of the work environment and safety.
- Broad experience with VSM and Lean production.
- Experience with production documentation.
- Prior knowledge of JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint, and cloud-based systems.
- Good understanding of design, documentation, and high technical understanding.
- A future-focused mind with attention to detail and motivation as a \"completer.\"
- Value transparency, teamwork, and improvement.
- An outgoing person with good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Process-oriented and structured in own work, concerned with detail, and understanding of dependencies and interdependencies of elements in complex processes.
