01Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training modules focused on voice and accent, communication, and language improvement.
- Provide feedback and coaching to individuals and teams to enhance their language proficiency.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and recommend further training where necessary.
- Collaborate with the training and operations teams to align language standards with company requirements.
02Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Language Assessor or V&A; Trainer.
- Strong understanding of language assessment techniques and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational offs.
- Familiarity with corporate training environments is a plus.
