Key Responsibilities
**
- **Complex Account Management:** You will oversee the onboarding of intricate client account structures, such as trusts, partnerships, and investment vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
- **Risk Management & Compliance:** Your role involves ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, and data privacy regulations. You will implement robust controls and monitoring mechanisms.
- **Strategic Leadership:** Execute a strategic vision for the client onboarding process aligning with the firm's business objectives and growth targets.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting:** Review key performance indicators (KPIs) to track onboarding performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Cultivate strong relationships with business teams, Compliance, Legal, and other Operations groups to facilitate a high-quality, efficient onboarding experience for PWM clients.
- **Process Optimization:** Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline onboarding procedures, reduce time-to-value, and enhance the client experience leveraging technology and automation where appropriate.
- **Issue Resolution & Problem Solving:** Manage complex onboarding issues through effective coordination with Business, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal, ensuring minimal disruption to the client onboarding process.

Qualifications Required
**
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial services focusing on client onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, and risk management of International Markets.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong self-initiative, proactive problem-solving approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and assess risks within a financial services environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- ACAMS, ACFE, or other relevant AML certifications.
- In-depth knowledge of client onboarding, KYC/AML compliance process.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented candidate with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, able to work well under pressure, and multitask with high accountability and due diligence.
