Asset Management Consultant / Architect - BFSI India (IK)

Role Type: Project Manager / Business Architect Number of Openings: 1 Total Experience Required: 1214 years of overall relevant experience. BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 810 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory. Location: Open candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai. Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement). Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered this is a firm requirement with no exceptions. Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Business Architect with prior experience in client servicing to define an operating model and oversee implementation of a CRM solution. The role will define the Business Architecture required to enable solution and process design for asset management servicing processes. Note: prior Asset Management domain experience/knowledge is a plus but is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Design and define the target operating model for asset management client servicing functions Lead or support the evaluation, configuration, and rollout of CRM capabilities aligned to servicing needs Translate business requirements into Business Architecture artifacts that guide solution and process design Partner with client servicing, technology, and operations stakeholders to ensure architecture decisions are practical and implementable Support governance and sign-off of architecture deliverables through the project lifecycle Required / Must-Have Skills Proven experience defining and standing up operating models for client servicing functions Experience overseeing or contributing to CRM implementation Strong Business Architecture skills ability to translate business needs into solution and process design Client servicing background, ideally within financial services .
