End to end real estate experience (Domain).End to end underwriting experience.Experience in rent/sales comp., loan to value, spreads, mark to market implication, market details.Mandatory: Loan pre-screening and memos, cash flow memos.University/ Education Background: Tap Top B schools, CFA or CA candidatesTarget US Market .
