01Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business targets.
Coordinate with banks for loan login, approval, and disbursement.
Generate business through the DSA channel.
Build and maintain relationships with banks and channel partners.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and team performance.
Ensure timely customer service and compliance with company policies.
02Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales.
Valuable communication, leadership, and bank coordination skills.
Knowledge of Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, and other retail loan products. .
