Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role located in Hyderabad, for a Deputy Manager Collections/Recoveries. The individual in this position will oversee the collections and recoveries processes, ensuring operational targets are met effectively. Key responsibilities include leading a team of collections agents, monitoring and enhancing team performance, implementing and upholding operational best practices, analyzing collection trends, providing regular reports, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills to guide a collections/recovery team effectively
Solid analytical abilities to track collection trends, prepare operational reports, and optimize strategies
Knowledge of debt management best practices and regulatory compliance in financial services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and internal coordination
Previous experience in collections, recoveries, or related financial operations is preferred
