Job Description:

Work Location: Ahmedabad (Makarba)
Description:
Ensuring daily, monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Ensuring that the sourcing partners also meet the set targets by extending the support required.
Improving month-on-month conversion numbers to reach the level of competition.
Collaborating with internal tech team and partners to resolve tech issues so that the TAT of disbursal is reduced
Ensuring proper team structuring and allocation of work according to skillsets
Ensuring that the team is adequately facilitated and motivated
Collaborating with marketing team to ensure adequate top of the funnel flow to achieve target.
Required Skillset:
Proven leadership skills; should have handled a team of 10 at least.
Excellent negotiation skills and good persuasion abilities
Patience and ability to listen to and take care of team issues
Should be okay to get hands dirty by working very close to front runners
Should have excellent data-reading ability. .
