As part of our strategic expansion, we are strengthening our Investment Banking (IB) function to support corporate structuring, funding initiatives, investor management, and international financial operations.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager - IB to support new and ongoing initiatives within the Organization. The role will focus on corporate structuring, vertical reporting & analysis, fundraising support, international accounting transactions, mergers & acquisitions, financial research, business planning & analysis, MIS reporting to Management and stakeholders, and comprehensive financial reporting.This position will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic financial planning, reporting, and growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Structure & ExpansionSupport corporate structuring initiatives and restructuring activities.Financial evaluation of current and new business verticalsConduct vertical-wise ROI analysis and performance tracking.Assist in expansion strategy, including domestic and international growth initiatives.Funding & Investor RelationsSupport fundraising activities, including debt/equity funding documentation and coordination.Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and data rooms.Manage ongoing investor communication and timely reporting.Assist in valuation exercises and transaction advisory support.Financial Planning & ReportingPrepare detailed financial models, budgeting forecasts, and business plans.Develop and present periodic MIS, board decks, and stakeholder reports.Conduct variance analysis and financial performance monitoring.Ensure timely preparation of various internal and external reports.International TransactionsManage and support international financial transactions and compliance requirements.Coordinate with global stakeholders on cross-border financial matters.Assist in regulatory and reporting requirements related to overseas operations.QualificationsCA (Chartered Accountant) - Preferred & Most DesiredCFA or a strong finance degree from a reputable institution may also be consideredExperience2-5 years of post-qualification experience in:Investment BankingCorporate FinanceM&A transactionsInvestor RelationsBusiness Planning & Financial AnalysisBudgeting & ForecastingFinancial ModelingStakeholder reportingAuditExposure to the IT / Technology industry will be an added advantage.Key SkillsStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExpertise in budgeting and ROI analysisKnowledge of corporate structuring and fundraising processesStrong presentation and reporting skillsHigh attention to detail and strategic thinking abilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy Join Antier SolutionsOpportunity to work closely with leadership on strategic initiativesExposure to global expansion and international transactionsHigh-growth environment within the blockchain & technology domainStrong career progression opportunitiesSkills:- FinanceShareFacebookTwitterLinkedInApply(This will open in a new window from which you will be automatically redirected to an external site after 5 seconds)More searches like thisFinance Manager Manager Other jobs in Chandigarh .
