Assistant General Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA

- Responsible for periodical financial reporting, with sound knowledge of SEBI reporting. - Management Accounting. - Responsible for month closure activities. - Preparation of budgets & periodical monitoring. - Should be able to lead Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer pricing Audit, Internal audit. - Income Tax compliances, including Transfer Pricing, should lead various tax return fillings. - Indirect Tax compliances, should lead various tax return fillings and daily compliance monitoring. - Sound knowledge of Foreign Trade Policies and Industrial Incentive Policies. - Responsible for accurate monthly, quarterly & yearly closing procedures related to revenue recognition. - Supervising overall receivables as per monthly target DSO KPI. - Should be able to lead team of Accounts Payable (Domestic & Import) vertical. - Responsible for Fixed Asset Management & Depreciation. - Responsible for Fixed Asset Verification and Control. - Responsible for Inventory Management, periodic verification. - Sound knowledge in Treasury management covering areas like LC, BG, DP Statement, CMA and other Bank compliances. - Through in Banking technology regarding payments, for e.g. HOST to HOST configuration. - Should have fair knowledge of Insurance. .
