Assistant Manager Accounts

Position: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Industry
Qualification: CA Inter (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations of the organization
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Monitor and manage cash flow and banking relationships
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including IT, TDS, GST, PF, ESI,
ROC & RERA
Prepare and review weekly/monthly budgeted cash flows vs actuals
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
Expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Leadership and team management skills
Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate accounting and compliance
Exposure to ERP systems
