Job Description

Role Overview

** As an Area Manager at Aditya Birla Money Ltd. (ABM), your primary responsibility is to drive the retail business in your designated region/area to maximize profit, growth, and customer service objectives. You will be leading the Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, and the entire Branch team to ensure high performance, dealer productivity, and sales culture within the teams. Your role also involves managing relationships with HNI clients and corporate investors, as well as cross-selling ABCs products to attain clients' needs and desired profitability from the cross-sell segment. You will face challenges such as changes in regulations, competition from online discount brokers, recruitment of strong teams, market volatility, risk management, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. **

Qualifications Required

** - Post-Graduate or MBA with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing teams and branches, selling financial services products. **Additional Company Details:** Aditya Birla Money Ltd.
