Role Overview
As a team leader in the assurance practice, you will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff members. You will assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-functional relationships. Building and maintaining client relationships will be a key aspect of your role. You will conduct assurance reviews of financial statements, ensuring that work is planned, organized, and performed efficiently by guiding and reviewing team members' deliverables. Demonstrating industry competence and clear communication will be essential. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions on assurance and accounting standards to further develop yourself and others.
Key Responsibilities

Qualification Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in assurance practice
- Qualified CA
- Client-facing experience preferred
- Willingness to travel
