DEPARTMENT: New Business Development
JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager/ Manager (Export/Domestic - NBD)
LOCATION: Delhi
Working days: 6 days ( 2nd & 4th Saturday is off )
Working hours : 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
JOB SUMMARY
The Manager will be responsible for business development and sales of API/Intermediates and FDF products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Carrying out data driven market research to identify current customers and products having strong market potential in the assigned regions
Ensuring a disciplined and rigorous process in reaching out to and acquiring new customers
Developing new customer leads and new business inquiries from the assigned regions
Plan, formulate and implement marketing and promotional strategies that increase brand awareness, market visibility, market penetration and increase the overall volume of inquiries
Participate and represent the company in trade shows for APIs/Intermediates and FDFs
Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders of the business
Maintain excellent relationship and showcase the capability to relate to people at any level of the
business and management
DESIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
4 to 8 years international business experience for API and FDF segments Should be well versed with the MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) Good knowledge of international market and supply chain operations
Experience in working in a cross-functional set up (regulatory, procurement, logistics, finance)
Can work independently and is self-driven
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years experience in the same domain Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Compensation: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
