01Overview

Assistant Manager Job Family : EBO Accounts Receivable (India) Travel Required : Up to 25% Clearance Required : None What You Will Do : Should be able to manage a team of 45 to 60 FTEs. Plans, monitors, direct and ensure seamless day-to-day operations with consistent delivery against productivity, quality, and SLA targets. Monitor workflow, identify gaps, and implement timely corrective actions to maintain operational stability. Define performance objectives, drive accountability, and manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, coaching, and recognition. Assists in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures that facilitate efficient workflow. Develops an understanding of the workflows, procedures, and specific criteria for each assigned client. Also, make sure we are handling the inventory and allocation strategy done appropriately. Will be responsible to resolve queries, account reviews and provide training in case required. Drive production and quality to the expected level. Responsible for identifying production and quality issues and putting plans in place for improvement. Respond to and ensure that the mail on daily updates is sent on time. In addition, Will be responsible to lead internal and external calls. Uphold stringent quality standards through structured RCA/CAPA, ensuring continuous performance enhancement. Maximize AR performance through strategic denial resolution and actionable payer insights (Trends). Should review the staffing requirements on a regular basis to ensure the appropriate team size is maintained. Spearhead initiatives that improve efficiency, minimize defects, and deliver measurable operational impact. Partner effectively with clients and leadership; lead governance forums and manage escalations with executive presence. Should be responsible for driving KPI Metrics, operational performance, process improvements, and stabilization. Should work towards team engagement and retention/absenteeism. Should be good in Denial Management and should have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes used on Denials Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors. Active involvement in project launch sessions to understand the Associates process and track the daily progress during the launch period. Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. Operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with senior leadership. Should be aware of preparing all the KPI reports, project requirements report etc. Able to manage both day and night teams to ensure there are no gaps on hand-offs. What You Will Need : Must have bachelors degree. 7+ Years experience in RCM Good Communication Skills (Oral and written) and Analytical Skills required for AR Calling for Medical Billing Process. What Would Be Nice To Have : Superior problem-solving abilities Experience mentoring and training Team Leader, Process SME and Associates. A flexible mindset to learn. Excellent detail-oriented skills and a highly reliable work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
