Role Description The Assistant Manager Inventory will oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and optimal utilization of warehouse space. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves monitoring inventory records, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and distribution teams. The role includes analyzing inventory data to reduce excess and obsolete stock, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and implementing process improvements for inventory control. The Assistant Manager will also prepare regular reports and dashboards, support customer requirements, and communicate inventory status and actions to internal stakeholders and management. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills, including experience with stock monitoring, cycle counting, and reconciliation.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to management.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders with timely and accurate inventory-related information.Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations is beneficial.Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools is preferred.A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to safety and quality standards is required. .
