Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goalsIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for cost, quality, and deliveryHandle RFQ/RFP processes, commercial negotiations, and cost finalizationDrive cost reduction through value engineering and alternate sourcingAnalyze BOM cost and support product cost optimizationManage supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness)Establish long-term agreements and rate contracts with key suppliersEnsure timely PR to PO conversion and procurement efficiencyCoordinate with planning, production, quality, and engineering teamsMitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity for all customersMonitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier capacityDevelop localization strategies to reduce dependency on importsEnsure compliance with company policies and customer-specific requirementsSupport audits and maintain sourcing documentation and recordsDrive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier development .
