01Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Analyst to join our Group Procurement team. The position is based in Gurugram working within a global team, reporting to the Global Head of Asset Management. As Billing Analyst, you will complete reconciliations and processing of invoices into the Coupa accounts payable system. This includes ensuring the invoicing accurately reflects usage and contracts, working with suppliers where there are discrepancies, and ensuring payment terms as per contract are met. You will be maintaining numerous Excel spreadsheets, including manipulating large volumes of data using functions such as Look Ups and Pivot Tables. The role will also require you to manage inventories of user and services and keeping them up to date. Additionally, you will communicate with suppliers to obtain information in regards to accounts changes or payment queries and with internal customers to manage expectations and providing relevant data for reporting as well spend and usage concerns. To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelors degree, with working knowledge in reconciliations and managing large datasets. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of customer service, be a team player with the ability to drive desired outcomes. It is essential to have MS Office experience.
