Assistant Manager Human Resource
We are looking for Assistant Manager of Human Resources for a hotel helps run daily HR tasks like hiring, payroll, training, and employee care. They support department heads to keep staff happy, follow labor laws, and ensure the hotel delivers great service to guests.
Hiring and Staffing
Talent acquisition: Write job ads, screen resumes, and interview candidates for hotel roles.
Manpower planning: Plan staffing levels for busy seasons, banquets, and daily hotel operations.
Onboarding: Welcome new team members and run orientation programs.
Employee Relations and Support
Grievance handling: Listen to staff problems and help solve workplace conflicts.
Disciplinary procedures: Track attendance, review conduct issues, and document performance actions.
Engagement activities: Organize staff meetings, welfare programs, and team-building events.
Training and Compliance
Learning and coordination: Schedule customer service and safety training for staff.
Payroll and records: Coordinate attendance tracking, time office management, and payroll inputs.
Statutory rules: Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, employee insurance, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements
Education: A degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business, or Hospitality Management.
Experience: 8-10 years of working in HR, ideally inside a hotel or resort environment.
Skills: Strong communication, knowledge of labor laws, and familiarity with HR softwar
Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
