01Key Responsibilities
**- Manage HR & Admin activities for 2000 employees- Handle employee management, grievance handling, and well-being- Liaison and handle IR & HR related issues- Maintain overall employee discipline- Execute other Admin works as assigned- Occasional travel to work sites in Maharastra, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh**
