01Overview
To provide support to SAP Users Globally for SAP FI/ CO / IM / FM module of SAP. Collaborate with the various departments of Glenmark across different geographies (Countries) and lead various IT initiatives in areas of Finance, Accounting, Controlling and Taxation, Guide SAP FICO support team to manage SAP Enhancements / Projects / Support
1. Derive and help business team to define Finance / Controlling related requirements in discussions with functional users
2. Manage IT Partners / subordinates for above activities and ensure they meet requisite SLAs/contract obligations
3. Ensure that requisite processes, policies, and standards are implemented and adhered to
4. Co-ordination with SD/MM consultants for recent developments/problem solving
5. Providing support and guidance in FICO and other reports developments and implementation
6. Identify and implement improvement opportunities for optimizing costs, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency
7. Identifying opportunities to improve by taking inputs from internal and/or external customers
8. Skill building in internal /external customers for better use of IT platforms
9. Ensure complete project documentation as per PMP
10. Attending to Finance / Taxation - Internal, Statutory and System audit issues and arranging changes in the SAP system
Education:
- Commerce Graduate preferably with CA/ICWA/MBA
Experience:
- At least 8 - 10 years of overall experience including 6-8 years of SAP implementation and Support Experience.
- Must have worked on at least 2-3 full life-cycle SAP implementations & at least 1-2 SAP Support project within India or overseas.
- Exposure to the integration of SAP solutions with various other systems including various countries Taxation system like GST etc.
Knowledge & Skills:
- SAP - FICO module configuration knowledge
- SAP - FI Integration with IM, FM, CO, MM, SD and GST
- Working knowledge of SAP modules MM & SD preferred
- Solution Manager exposure desirable
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experience in or Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry processes will be an added advantage.
- SAP FI / CO certification preferred
- Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA, SAC preferred .
