Role Description
The Assistant Manager Strategy, Business Development & Market Research will support strategic growth initiatives across the residential real estate portfolio, with a focus on market intelligence, business development, opportunity assessment, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities will include conducting market and competitor research, analysing customer segments, pricing, demand trends and emerging opportunities, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
The role will identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, channels and market expansion initiatives, while supporting go-to-market and project-level business strategies.
The Assistant Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, project and leadership teams to develop business plans, assess performance, track key market and commercial metrics, and prepare strategic reports and presentations for management review.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, requiring strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
Strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to assess market trends, customer segments, competitor activity, pricing, demand patterns, and emerging opportunities.Strong Strategic Thinking and Business Planning capabilities to translate market insights into actionable recommendations and support growth strategies.Strong Business Development skills to identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, channels, and market expansion opportunities.Effective Communication and Presentation skills to present insights, business recommendations, and strategic proposals to management and cross-functional stakeholders.Prior experience in market research, business development, sales/marketing, real estate, or related domains will be an advantage.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field is beneficial; MBA/PGDM is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment, with strong problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, ownership, and attention to detail.
