Role Description The Assistant Manager Team Leader role at TRINITY FINVEST is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. This role involves supervising a team of financial advisory professionals, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory guidelines. The Assistant Manager Team Leader will guide team members in achieving sales and advisory targets, review client portfolios, and support the design and implementation of advisory strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular team meetings, coordinating with senior management, and contributing to process improvements. The role also requires maintaining strong client relationships, promptly addressing client queries, and supporting onboarding and training for recent team members.
Qualifications
