Qualification BE / B.Tech / Instrumentation / Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical from reputed institutes. PMP Certification would be an advantage Experience Min. 10+ years experience in IBMS projects execution. 3+ years of project management experience. Responsibilities / Skills Required Oversee projects from beginning to endManage the project within the budgetAchieve monthly revenue & collection numbers inline to the full year targetImprove the project financials & project cash flowCollaborate with subcontractors, engineers, consultants and key team members of the project teamEnsure strong customer relationshipDetermine the project schedule.Ensure smooth project kick start and completionConduct project kick off meeting (internal & customer) & document the scopeEnsure supplies and services are ordered and delivered according to the project schedulePrepare & circulate project reports in regular intervals, track the project status towards schedule completionResolve any problems that may ariseEnsure on site safety, ethics & statutory compliance Train and mentor the project team members, timely support when the team needsNegotiate with external vendors on contract agreementsDelegate responsibilities & trackAllocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the projectsKeep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularlyConduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards Technical, Soft Skills Required Technical knowledge on BMS, ACS, CCTV, FAS, PAS, Physical SecurityMS Project planningWork experience on SAP platform for projects functionMS Excel & Power pointCustomer facing & internal team communication skillsGood verbal & non-verbal communication skills, effective coordination with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of the project Behavioral Skills Positive attitude and strong commitmentCreative, a good problem solver and facilitatorAbility to manage several tasks concurrentlyStrong interpersonal skillsWork in a trans-cultural environment and adhere to a team cultureWillingness to travel Additional Information About Us, Our Culture & What We Can Offer You Established over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
