About the Role
The Assistant Operations Manager reports to the Senior Operations Manager at Bermex. This position plays a key role in planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the operations of Bermex. This position is a reputed company between the field, corporate office, and the reputed company while ensuring operational corporate objectives are accomplished through safety, productivity, work reputed company, techniques, and profit. This position also requires a high degree of organization, excellent time management, and exceptional communication skills.
What Youll Do
Supervise and assist the operations team:
Coordinate work schedules for personnel
